This is good for Ranger, it will force me to do one of two things:
1. Make Ranger considerable better.
2. use more counters for eagles
I would prefer the first of course

Hmm... This is strange 
Mire v1.6 never beat Ranger for me...
Anyway, Ranger 3.0 is out, performs a bit better against aggressive opponents and I have restored it's economy to what it used to be without sacrificing too much, once it gets Hand-cart it's usually game over for the opponent but has a weakness to well-placed Castles.
This update is nothing special though.

Ranger seems to sometimes fail to start farming at water maps. Okay, I tested more and it starts farming at castle age. But this has caused 20min feudal times and +10 ranges during feudal.

This is done so that it spends these resources on fishing ships and other boats...
It does these exclusively on Island and Team Island maps although I have never actually tested it myself.

I'm just wondering if Ranger has given anybody a "present" before, like house but more stylish.
Anyway, Ranger 3.01 is out and pretty much the same...
But I made some small changes to it's Saracens, Mongols and Spanish civilisations vs Byzantine opponents just for Promi.
