Random land map, any civ, any pop-cap, although it is really written for infantry civs, so will be best with something like Aztec / Goth / Jap / Vikes (and utterly pathetic with Turks )
It doesn't cheat in quite the same way as other vs H ai's, which go beserk adding resources if they really get into trouble. This one just keeps adding a trickle of resources consistently throughout the game.
