Second try...
I (hopefully) improved the AI. I added dynamic gathering; that means that the AI will reduce the villager amount when it is doing fine, it will adjust the percentages based on the resource it has on hand, etc.
I also improved the way it attacks. It's only using the TSA for short range battles now and switches to normal attacks when the enemy is farther away.

PS: I hope some of the better scripters take a look at Turbo-mode as I'd like to see how it does against a fair competition (It beats most AIs I have right now, probably because they aren't designed for Turbomode...)
