* fixed a trebuchet counting bug (use trebuchet-set !! )
* put more emphasis on building rams
* tweaked when it should build archers (don't counter skirmishers with archers!!!) :-)
* fixing mining-camp building bug (how is it after all these versions, you still have to come back regularly to the very basics... ??? ) :-)
* some other minor adjustments

* experimenting with Market placement reset if 2nd+ market isn't built, still experimental though and needs more tests
* fixed a bug where villagers would attack TC on nomad if TC is too close
* made navy more aggressive and responsive to the war-effort (set up boat-attack-groups)
* fixed a bug with Burmese ri-horse-collar (cos it gets free LC upgrades)
* minor tweaks and fixing bugs
* test test test

What still needs to be done:
- getting gaia sheep with DUC
- detecting boar being eaten while accidental 2nd boar is lured too early
- civ-specific unit emphasis
- watermap detection system
- thorough eco-balance
- if lumberdistance > 5, escrow wood for new LC
- keep away from castles if no siege
- check stance after conversion
- emergency TC behind ally
- LN TC always needs to be near LC
