The General 1.2u:

- added Savar upgrade
- added code to sometimes attack the highest score enemy player instead of the closest enemy player
- fixed bug that caused the AI to think its town was under attack when it was attacking an enemy with TSA that has a castle
- fixed bug that could cause the AI to send too much food to a rebooming ally

As always, these updates also apply to the other AIs included in the download: The Captain, The Lieutenant, The Sergeant, and The Conscript.

Hi, first of all, congratulations on the great work. In the current version of Age DE, I downloaded The General 1.2v and I'm getting an error that the file cannot be opened... Here's the context and the settings I've tried:

1. I set the language to English on Steam and in the game.
2. The game version is updated to the latest version, as of May 30, 2025.
3. I copied the files to the directory where the Barbarian is located (they normally work there).
4. The Arabian Mother / 200 pop / Franks Civilization / Standard Configuration

Muy buenas, ante todo felicitar por el gran trabajo, En la actual version del Age DE. Descargue The General 1.2v y me sale un error que no puede arbrir el archivo... te doy el contexto y las configuraciones que he intentado:

1. Puse Idioma Ingles en steam y en el juego.
2. La version actualizada del juego es la ultima a la Fecha 30 de mayo 2025.
3. Copie los Archivos en el directorio donde esta el Barbarian (Normalmente me funcionan ahi compatible.
4. El mama Arabia / 200 pop / Civilizacion Francos / Configuracion Standard

I have tested this AI several times without error. I didn't change the language, I always play with spanish.

Hi osquitarxp. Does your game's AI folder have the files "The General.ai", "The General.per", and a folder called "The General 1.2" inside it? Your AI folder should be located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\AoE2DE\resources\_common\ai, and the files I mentioned should be placed here.
