Has only been tested with the Portuguese, but should work fine with any civilization, depending the strength of their unique unit (without any upgrades) and swordsman line.
Does not yet make siege.
Plays Arabia well enough to be competitive against AIs that don't have a successful rush.
20 Hour Version
Balances economy for all kinds of unique units, but currently only seeks upgrades for certain civs:

Honestly, this was a fun experiment and I think there is still a lot I can learn from it, but this might not be far from Vagabond's final form.
