A pretty strong AI from what I saw yet, very solid and amazing longbow micro. Maybe some castle avoidance would be crucial, as it appears to lose a lot of longbows to castles. Apart from that, very good job on the AI!

I think you are right, in general the castle avoidance isn’t perfect and I added the ability to dive castles sometimes, but I think it’s a little too wasteful at the moment.

A strong arena AI! Should there ever be another arena tourney, I rate this AI one of the top spots.

Playing on Arena. I know it is made for 1v1s, but I wanted to test it in uneven team games anyway. It was hilarious and frustrating to watch. :lol: :head
  • Perfect deer pushing, better than any other AI I've seen → doesn't kill the deer
  • “There was boar on the ground, maybe it kept the deer for efficiency” → kills the deer with one vil when it eventually needs it, so it runs away from TC.
  • Great FC timing into Longbows → Glitches around walls, wasting time.
  • “To be fair, even the best AIs glitch around walls” → doesn't shoot above walls, or at the walls, picks a corner and sits there with Longbows
  • Goes inside somehow → marches straight into TC or Castles, not attacking anything.
  • Kills the entire base with Light Cavs → Longbows patrol inside the empty base.
I mean, except the last one, I don't see how does any of these issues link with being in a team game and not a 1v1, that's why I wanted to post this. There might be some other issue underneath all that. Also because it was funny :lol:
