Hi Ruler - sorry to hear that. Do you know why you can't download from here ? I have never heard that issue from anyone else in the past. I don't see how somewhere else will function different to here ? Please shed some light on this so we can fix the problem, if possible.

I imagine it's caused by his browser not preserving and passing along its session cookies, which store his login state. If the browser has been configured to, perhaps, redirect file downloads to a separate download manager application, it's possible that the session state is being lost in transition.
