Very funny idea, reminds me a lot of KLEW.
I think it would be better for this AI if it would garrison the scorpions inside the workshop if there are enemies nearby, just take a look at how the scorpions were destroyed 1 by 1 by Crusade's feudal army. (Crusade version 4.42, just took the one I had in the AI folder to test)
