Yeah I actually decided to spam it, because if you only run it once it bugs fairly often and not all units are ungarrisoned.

Oh, this happens because it affects buildings individually, so if a new building is built, it won't have the settings. It only needs to be re-executed after a new building of that type is built and you still want gather-inside for that building type. Only updating if building-class (903) has changed with (building-type-count building-class g:!= gl-previous-count) might be an easier way to do it. It would ensure that walls, gates, towers, and farms don't cause an unnecessary update, too, since they're a different class than 903.
