I will take my time with this AI so it isn't rushed.
I may not have a version before 2197.

As Valkyrie was its own pile of wonderful, Raider will be my more formal AI with less on-stream headaches such as villagers walking across the map to raid a watch tower (thanks CoT for letting me witness that disaster 11)
Time to not repeat Valkyrie!
