Forgot that my current version didn't have projectile retreat code I made, so here's a small update. Not totally satisfied with it, but it should improve the AI.

The General 0.8d:
- Adds projectile retreat from town centers

Might be the last update for a bit, except for bug fixes. I'm planning on doing a makeover on the AI. I'm reaching a point where updates I make will often break the logic of some other piece of code.

The General 0.9:
- maintains initial attacks better
- attacks more often
- won't build new castles or TCs if it has dead builders
- won't train spearmen against meso civs
- capped military for pocket players in castle age
- better initial exploration
- reduced excessive market trading

- fixed Dark Age villager training bug
- won't resign in team games if it still has a TC

The General 0.9b:
- added optimizations to eagle warrior rush
- added some experimental gathering percentage rebalancing
- won't build defensive towers when enemy using fast castle strategies
