IMPORTANT:
AOC or WK: Use V030 dot 2
DE: Use V032 dot 8

BambiV031 is becoming DE compatible.
It is still learning DE civs, but can play all.
Otherwise can play any civs for fun :-)

Trials running

Bambi can play all AOC & wk civs!

Bambi Version 32 is also DE compatible and can play DE civs but not optimized.

Bambi can play most maps on which all land is somehow interconnected. Waterplay is minimal atm.

Bambi can play nomad, land nomad and fencrazy maps too now, although not always efficiently.
(if it gets stuck on these maps, please send me the recording).

Pop-cap >= 200 (tested for 200, 225 & 250).
Victory condition Standard or conquest.
Map size: set correct map size for number of players or larger.
Set difficulty to hard.
Can play DM but not efficiently

Also for the ones who are interested I have also attached BambiV001 to BambiV018.
These older versions can be played by rookie players like levels, starting with 1 en working through the versions as Bambi gets more intelligent. :-)

It will play:
*BambiV019: Britons, Franks, Spanish, Vikings and Persians on Arabia, BF, Ghost Lake, Mongolia and Yucatan
*BambiV018: Britons, Franks, Spanish and Vikings on Arabia, BF, Ghost Lake, Mongolia and Yucatan
*BambiV017: Britons, Franks, Spanish on Arabia, BF, Ghost Lake, Mongolia
*BambiV014-BambiV016: Franks, Spanish on Arabia, BF
*BambiV001-BambiV013: Except for BambiV013 these versions won't resign if you choose something else but i would like to ask please respect to choose Spanish on Arabia as it is tweaked for this

For all Bambi's:
*Userpatch 1.5 has to be active, it can play both conquerors and wololokingdoms, (also DE but this hasn't been thoroughly tested, haven't tested it on HD so no idea)
*Play on difficulty hard.
*Pop 200 (or higher but this hasn't been tested).
*Victory condition standard or conquest.
*Choose correct map size for number of players

Please just edit the first post in the topic to attach your new version and change the topic title if desired (or you can also just do that in a new post in the same topic).

No worries btw, just want to keep every AI's topic as visible as possible. :)

Hi,
I want to thank again the ai scripting community for giving programming advice and playing my ai.
I have done some more debugging and BambiV019 dot 14 is available at the top of this room.

Thx for the work, Bambi is noticeably becoming more solid/strong with each update :).

Don't use BambiV019 dot 14 cos of fatal bug! Apologies!

Hi all,

I apologise for dot 14. Once Bambi has no TC's it goes into an infinite loop.
I have block commented this module in dot 15 and apologise if your game freezed.

Can play nomad maps now but this might not work very well yet (beta-testing).

Hi all

The new BambiV020 dot 3 is online.
** I have added an Ally-In-Need detection system. It's very rudimentary at the moment, but if it detects an ally is in need, it will chat this and attack if possible.
** The emergency rebuild system has been added to
** Started with rudimentary early attack strategies - but this needs alot more work
** Got out some more bugs(e.g. army-detection and counters) and logical thinking/programming mistakes

Please let me know how it plays, any comments, and especially any bug-reporting.
