Dark age needs some attention:

Initial lumber camp placement is not very good - often behind a clump of trees = long walk times
Sometimes a number of villies are eating berries long before the mill is built.
Second boar is lured too soon in the tests I did - ended up with 1 lurer firing 1 shot then garrisoning. Rinse, repeat
Has stone and gold miners with no camps

Fast Castle is not all that fast, although the map might have caused that (also see above).

In 1 of the tests it got stuck in Feudal Age - only Market was built.

Thank you for your feedback! I'll work on MiniValk as I have some ideas to make it better and to resolve those issues you mentioned. When I am back from traveling I will work on a Valkyrie rewrite.
